"There is a garden in every childhood, an enchanted place where colors are brighter, the air softer, and the morning more fragrant than ever again." ~Elizabeth Lawrence
At the moment this posts, 2 years ago, my baby joined our family. And what a ride it has been. There will be a grand celebration and great rejoicing at the joy you have brought into my life. But for today, Chuck E Cheese and the "At Home" version will have to do. More to come... I love you so much my baby...you are my heart.
See those eyes...yes, they were tired from DisneyWorld, but this was the last photo taken before 4 days of fever and sickness...he was fussy and on his way down as we zipped around on our water mice...little did I know what was to come....
So in honor of the fact we are off to warm, sunny Florida for a couple of weeks to visit the mouse, Harry Potter land and spend too much time by the pool with maybe a few too many "mommy drinks", here are some photos from last month's Mother's Day trip to Disneyland. Maverick still is beside himself with the desire to ride the roller coasters, but my little love is still about 1.5" shy...even with his tall shoes on.
I think it will be one of our fall trips before he is finally tall enough. He loves the other stuff too...
But off we go... with cousins on the other side...life is good.
Party on!...and because no post is complete without a pic of my babies... this one rockin their princess Ariel crowns at another party...the looks on their faces crack me up...
