And so concludes nearly 2 weeks of birthday activities....as is true to form for us and his cousins who have gone before him, we refer to the period as a "Birthday Festival". And he played and played and played...mostly in ballpits, tunnels and with bubbles...in the house as it was raining cats and dogs for most of the 3 days around the party...so our outdoor play fun was moved inside.
He enjoyed his first taste of red pepper. I think it feels good on the 3 teeth he has coming in...
He shared this day with one of the other babies in our Friday playgroup named Jack...so they both got cakes!
He also got yet another taste of cake. His was carrot cake which he seems to really really like...
